The Republic of Chile, the State of California and UC Davis have enjoyed a longstanding relationship of cooperation and collaboration since the launch of the Chile-California Program in 1963.

The University of California, Davis is actively engaged in partnering with peer universities, research institutions and government agencies across the globe in order to facilitate a wide variety of intellectual interactions and exchanges.  We currently have over 150 active general and specific working agreements (memoranda of understanding) with international partner institutions; most of these are at the initiative of faculty members.
