Consul General Gao will discuss education and youth exchanges, including a story about Milton Gardner, a resident of Kuling, China who later returned to the U.S. and became a professor of Physics at UC Davis.

Professor Gardner's story emphasizes the important role of people-to-people contact in bringing two nations together.
