Dr. Domokos Esztergár-Kiss is a senior research fellow and international project coordinator at Budapest University of Technology and Economics (BME). He was the main organizer of MT-ITS 2015 (Models and Technologies for Intelligent Transportation Systems), EWGT 2017 (Euro Working Group on Transportation meeting), and hEART 2019 (European Association for Research in Transportation) conferences. He served as a board member of ECTRI (European Conference of Transport Research Institutes), and a council member of AET (Association for European Transport). He is an editorial board member (e.g. European Transport Research Review, Journal of Urban Technology) and reviewer of several journals and international conferences. He is involved in several Horizon 2020, Interreg projects, and COST Actions, such as MoveCit, LinkingDanube, MaaS4EU, Electric traveling, BE OPEN, EIT Urban Mobility KIC, RegiaMobil, OJP4Danube. He has also received national and international prizes and scholarships (e.g. Fulbright, DAAD, Transport Innovation Price).
