UC Davis welcomes international delegations and visitors to the campus. Visitors must follow all current campus, local, state, and national public health guidelines at the time of their visit. Virtual delegation meetings are also welcome. If your delegation would like to schedule virtual or in-person meetings, please fill out our online Visitor Request Form. Kindly note that all requests must be submitted at least six weeks prior to the planned visit to be given full consideration. Please contact Michael Lazzara, associate vice provost for academic programs and partnerships in Global Affairs, with any questions (mjlazzara@ucdavis.edu).

Request a Visit to UC Davis
Visit requests, including from consuls general, presidents or vice president of universities or institutions, must be submitted through our online Visitor Request Form. If the visit is from a dean or faculty member, the appropriate UC Davis college, school or unit should be contacted.
How to Request a Visit
- Review the guidelines above to confirm eligibility and alignment.
- Identify UC Davis units or individuals you wish to engage and confirm interest where possible.
- Submit the Visitor Request Form at least six weeks before the proposed date.
- Global Affairs review. Each request is reviewed by the Global Partnerships team for alignment, campus interest, and availability. We may request a virtual meeting to further discuss your goals and assess feasibility.
- Decision and itinerary coordination. A formal notification of the decision to accept or decline the visit will be sent to the primary contact listed on the form. If approved, we will work with you and campus partners to finalize a right‑sized, outcomes‑driven agenda.
Note: Submitting a request does not guarantee a visit. Approval depends on strategic fit and campus capacity.
