IIE Centennial Fellowships: Deadline to Apply July 1, 2019
To commemorate IIE’s centennial anniversary in 2019, private donors have made leadership gifts to the Institute’s Fulbright Legacy Fund to create the IIE Centennial Fellowship. IIE Centennial Fellowships provide an extraordinary opportunity to honor our association with the Fulbright Program, sponsored by the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs, and to help enhance Fulbright as a life-long experience.
Four fellowships of up to $25,000 each will be selected through an open competition for Fulbright alumni. The fellowships will highlight the values of mutual understanding, leadership, global problem solving, and impact that underlie Fulbright.
Funded projects will present innovative ideas that help solve the world’s most pressing problems, advance scholarship, and/or widen access to education, globally. Candidates may work or study in any field, with or without a current institutional affiliation. The winning Centennial Fellows may use their award to launch dynamic new projects or to continue or expand projects that are already operating.
