Abraham Genetu Tiruneh has over one and a half years of experience working in a teaching hospital. Currently he serves as Lecturer, General Practitioner and Outpatient services director at Tikur Anbesa Specialized Hospital, which is a tertiary teaching hospital of College of Health Sciences of Addis Ababa University in Ethiopia. Along with the hospital’s management team, he is working to improve patient satisfaction and provision of standard healthcare at minimal cost. He is involved in strengthening of international relations and involvement of the diaspora community to achieve the hospital’s and the college’s vision. Upon completion of Mandela Washington Fellowship, Abraham plans to continue to be part of the College’s management in its endeavor to be Center of Excellence and State-of-the-art medical center.
