Consul General of San Francisco Wang Donghua meets with Vice Provost of UC Davis

"On January 18, Wang Donghua, Consul General of the People's Republic of China to San Francisco, met with Dr. Joanna Regulska, Vice Provost and Associate Chancellor at UC Davis to exchange opinions on Sino-US education cooperation. Dr. Linxia Liang, Director for Asian International Programs at UC Davis, and Renzhu Li, Consul of Education attended the meeting.

Consul General Wang commended UC Davis for its academic prestige and the results of its collaborations with Chinese universities. He noted that collaboration is the key to mutual benefits, and hoped that UC Davis continues to be open and inclusive, further developing academic exchanges and pragmatic collaborations with Chinese universities.

Regulska affirmed the talent and diligence of Chinese students and scholars, and believes that educational cooperation plays a positive role in the healthy development of bilateral relations and is willing to further cooperate with Chinese universities."
