The University of Sydney - University of California, Davis Ignition Grants have been established to facilitate and support joint initiatives that will strengthen the two universities’ strategic priorities as well as develop multi-disciplinary innovative research to create academic and societal impact. The application for proposals is open from June 24 - August 2, 2024.

UC Davis and Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile (UC|Chile) announce the 2023 call for proposals for Seed Grants for Interdisciplinary Research Collaboration for Sustainability (SGS).

The University of California, Davis, has been named one of the top producers of U.S. Fulbright students for 2022-23, according to the U.S. State Department’s Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs.

UC Davis and Global Affairs grant calls for the 2022-23 application cycle and the call for nominations for the 2022-23 awards cycle are now open. 

UC Davis was recently recognized by the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs for ranking 3rd for large universities with students studying abroad as Gilman Scholars.

The University of California, Davis, has been selected to participate in the inaugural Indonesian International Student Mobility Awards program, beginning in fall 2021. UC Davis is one of four universities in the United States, and the only west coast institution, to take part in the scholarship program. Launched and funded by the Indonesian Ministry of Education and Culture, the program provides well-qualified Indonesian undergraduates the opportunity to enroll as visiting students at UC Davis, gaining knowledge and skills, exchanging ideas and culture, and building new relationships as part of the Davis community.
