Zuzana specializes in employment and employability issues, public employment services, regional development, social economy, and social entrepreneurship. Her work primarily focuses on social inclusion, particularly concerning the Roma community and individuals with disabilities, as well as the quadruple helix approach to development. She is a researcher at the Forecasting Institute of the Slovak Academy of Sciences and has previously held positions at the Regional Centre of the UNDP, the Office of the Plenipotentiary for Roma Communities, the Ministry of Labour, Social Affairs and Family, and various NGOs. Zuzana is also recognized as an author of several evaluation reports and research papers, focusing on topics such as public resource utilization, the quality and provision of employment services, the implementation of the European Structural and Investment Funds, social inclusion, social innovations, and the engagement of marginalized groups. Additionally, she has contributed to policy updates, including co-authoring Act 122/2018 Coll. on Social Economy and Social Enterprises. She is the key coordinator for the Atlas of Roma Communities data collection and is involved in the design and implementation of social innovations. Zuzana holds a PhD in human capital issues related to regional development planning.
