Alfred Tako Kenyi Odubasa

Bio

Mr. Odubasa holds a Bachelor of Science in Plant Pathology, and a Masters of Science in Technology of Crop Protection. He has worked in various capacities in public, private, and international non-governmental organizations in Sudan, Uganda, Kenya, and Egypt. Mr. Odubasa’s most recent position was working on a USAID funded project; Food, Agribusiness and Rural Market (FARM) engaged by ACDI/VOCA as Agriculture Production Coordinator. He is a founder and board member of an indigenous micro-finance institution (Rural Finance Initiative Ltd), giving hope to the rural un-banked. As a Humphrey Fellow his goals are to enhance his expertise in agricultural extension advisory, leadership, and management for effective support of activities, especially in the sector of agriculture and rural development in his country.
