Daphna Tish-Feigenboim holds a bachelor's degree in law and sociology and anthropology (LL.B.) with honors from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, followed by a master's degree with honors in public law (LL.M.) from the Executive International Masters Program in Public Law, jointly offered by Tel Aviv University and Northwestern University.
Mrs. Tish-Feigenboim has over a decade of experience working in the public sector. She is a senior legal adviser within the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development in Israel. In this position, she assumes leadership responsibilities for a legal team dedicated to providing counsel to pivotal units within the Ministry, including the Center for Foreign Trade and International Cooperation, Plant Production Boards, Plant Protection and Inspection, Fisheries and Aquaculture.
Mrs. Tish-Feigenboim possesses extensive expertise in public sector regulations and operational procedures, displaying a noteworthy aptitude for formulating and designing policies, driving professional reforms, initiating and spearheading legislative processes, and fostering inter-ministerial collaborations and projects.
As a Hubert H. Humphrey fellow at UC Davis, she seeks to further enrich her public policy, decision analysis and economics knowledge. Her goal is to facilitate cross-sector cooperation and develop comprehensive regulatory frameworks to support sustainable agricultural plans.
