For the last ten years, Mr. Camacho has been in charge of a Bolivian NGO called Projects Office for Bolivia (OFPROBOL), which implements projects and programs in the sectors of rural development, water supply and treatment, vocational training and capacity building for disadvantaged youth, with special attention into cross sector aspects related to the environment and gender issues. He also teaches Rural Water Management at the public University of Cochabamba. Mr. Camacho holds a MSc in Water Resources Management from UNESCO – IHE, The Netherlands and a Bsc in Civil Engineering, from the Universidad Privada Boliviana (UPB). He has been involved in many development projects and has created a wide collaborative network inside and outside Bolivia.
