Abdulaziz Abdurahman Yousuf has more than nine years of experience in the civil engineering sector, focusing on construction project management. Currently, Abdulaziz is a building officer at the Construction Permit and Regulation Authority of Harari Region, Ethiopia, where he focuses on implementing a new organizational network to achieve a better construction management system. He received his Master of Science in Road and Transport Engineering from Addis Ababa University. Abdulaziz is committed to establishing an institutional platform of public-private partnerships to support and enable local private companies to realize an effective construction sector. On completion of the Mandela Washington Fellowship for Young African Leaders, he plans to collaborate with local higher education and training centers to further strengthen the local construction sector.
