Leadership reflections: Nurturing diverse talent
In September 2023, about 600 higher education leaders attended the Times Higher Education (THE) World Academic Summit 2023 at the University of Sydney in Australia. Delegates from around the world, including Chancellor Gary May, explored the theme, "Collaborating for greatness in a multidisciplinary world," Chancellor May represented UC Davis and discussed why diversity, equity and inclusion should be a priority for universities worldwide.
