Muhammad Sajid focuses his research in the Molecular Epidemiology of Ticks and Tick-borne infections under the umbrella of the One Health initiative in the Center for Advanced Studies in Agriculture and Food Security (CAS-AFS). Sajid has previously worked as a professor at the U.S. Pakistan Center for Advanced Studies in Agriculture and Food Security, where he was also Climate Change Chair. Presently, he is the Chairman of the Department of Parasitology in the University of Agriculture, Faisalabad, Pakistan, where he has been a lecturer, assistant professor, and an associate professor in the same department.
