Errol Renaud is the Principal Officer in charge of the Tariffs and Economic Affairs Unit in the Regulatory Section of the Seychelles Energy Commission (SEC). He graduated with an MSc in Industrial Economics from the Huazhong University of Science and Technology. Errol started his career in sustainable industry at the Ministry of Environment. Errol's core role in the SEC is developing methodologies in tariff calculation, and rebalancing studies within the electricity sector. Errol has a keen interest in promoting sustainable living and to reverse the climate change effect on small islands in developing states (SIDS). Errol is currently a board member of a sustainable living NGO, bringing awareness to create solutions through renewable sustainable energy.
