Doffou Marc Elisee Monsoh has more than seven years of experience in development economics, including four years at the African Development Bank and a year in the World Trade Organization's Young Professional Programme. Currently, Marc is senior economist at the National Regulatory Authority of the Electricity Sector of Côte d'Ivoire. He is a member of Groupe des Élèves et Étudiants des Assemblées de Dieu de Côte d'Ivoire (Group of Pupils and Students of the Assemblies of God of Côte d'Ivoire) and Groupe Biblique Universitaire (University Bible Group), associations that aim to mentor students and pupils in their academic and professional careers. Marc holds a master's degree in Economics and Statistics. He is committed to public management to improve people's living conditions. After completing the Mandela Washington Fellowship for Young African Leaders, Marc plans to work for access to electricity in his community, remarking that "the better the light, the better the life."
