Ndeye Seck is a civil engineer with over 11 years of experience specializing in water and sanitation. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP)® through the Project Management Institute, and holds an executive M.B.A. After five years in the private sector, Ndeye joined the Office of Rural Drilling (OFOR), which manages water supply in rural areas across Senegal. As the head of their planning and project management department, Ndeye is involved in defining, planning, and implementing OFOR's strategy. Since 2016, she has led the team in charge of establishing OFOR's strategic development plans and project management. After completing the Mandela Washington Fellowship for Young African Leaders, Ndeye plans to apply her new skills to develop approaches that improve performance, efficiency, and effectiveness in public administration.
