Ms. Rodríguez Lepure has a Master’s degree in Environmental Management. Her work involves the design of environmental programs and policies for the local and federal government. In her most recent position, she was involved with projects related to bi-national waste management with funds from Cal-EPA and BECC and participated in the design of the strategic guidelines for the border region between the US and Mexico. In 2010, she received an award from the Public Administration National Institute (INAP) for her work in local governments and solid waste management.
