Bio

Mr. Nganzi has a Master’s degree in Structural Geology from the University of Orleans (France) and in Mineral Resources Valorization from the Institut National Polytechnique de Lorraine (INPL) in France. He currently teaches Structural Geology and Numerical Cartography at the University of Bangui. In his position with USAID, Mr. Nganzi helped the government find new ways to improve governance in the small scale mining sector and also to clarify property rights. As a Humphrey Fellow, he hopes to build a strong network with universities and professionals in the natural resources sector. He also wants to improve his skills in leadership, environmental policy, management and to learn to use new technology in mining governance.
