Mr. Kouadio received a degree in Industrial Chemistry from the National Polytechnic Institute of Côte d’Ivoire. He is now working toward a Ph. D in Environmental Science from the University of Côte d’Ivoire, Abidjan Abobo-Adjamé. He has been working in the field of hydraulics and water treatment for twelve years for a private enterprise called SODECI, the water supply company of Côte d’Ivoire in Abidjan, where he is an expert in potable water treatment. Mr. Kouadio is in charge of the technical supervision of the field chemists and the chemical engineering aspects of urban water supply surveys. Since 2007, he has been head of the Service of Production for the city of Abidjan. As Humphrey Fellow, Mr. Kouadio will develop a project for pan-African Technical Cooperation in the field of water technology.
