Ms. Undul is an economist with two MAs one from the University of Istanbul, Turkey and one from the University of Esex, England. She is the manager of the Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) Unit of the Istanbul Chamber of Industry. SMEs Unit aims to develop and provide services to the SME members of the Chamber in the areas of finance, institutional issues and foreign direct investments through seminars, workshops, publications and pre-advisory efforts.  For the Humphrey year she will focus on private sector development in general and SME promotion in particular, as well as organizational change, group dynamics and strategic management.
