Mr. Cirhigiri holds a Bachelor of Science in Agronomy-Crop Science from the Catholic University of Bukavu. He began his career as Assistant Researcher at the International Institute for Tropical Agriculture. Later, Mr. Cirhigiri was appointed as the Fisheries Advisor to the Minister of Agriculture in the DR Congo. For the last two years, he has been the Project Coordinator at the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) where he monitors two Integrated Rural Development Projects around the town of Kinshasa. He was previously awarded the Netherlands Fellowship Program.
