Sesame Samantha Marumo has been involved in the energy sector for over 5 years, researching on renewable energy technologies, particularly biofuels production and the use of solar radiation for electricity generation. Sesame currently works at the Department of Energy, working in the oil and gas section for fuel quality. To Sesame, energy is the key that will unlock the door to Botswana's economy. She believing a person releases their best self when using their gifts and talents and is a good example of this. Sesame is a published author of inspirational books, a poet, horticulturist, small stock farmer, and a growing businesswoman. Sesame is driven by her love for people and a deep desire to deposit positivity in her environment. When returning to Botswana, Sesame plans to teach people about the benefits of renewable energy technologies and promote their benefits. She also plans to be supplier of renewable energy material.
