UC Davis and Osaka University Joint Symposium on Sustainable Cities
UC Davis and Osaka University (OU) held a virtual symposium on September 15, 2022 to discuss sustainable cities, energy research and global collaboration. With 37 staff members and researchers present, both university communities were eager to begin sharing ideas and opinions on future research on sustainable cities. After UC Davis Vice Provost and Dean Joanna Regulska and Osaka University Executive Vice President Genta Kawahara exchanged greetings, the symposium began with presentations by each university’s researchers and ended with an open discussion about how to collaborate on similar research fields.
