With his experience and expertise in international law, Mr. Moldogaziev is involved in water resource issues in the Kyrgyz Republic, Central Asia.  He is the leader of the Bi-lateral Cooperation Division of the Treaty-Legal Department that is a participant in the establishment of Kyrgystan's national water strategy.  Mr. Moldogaziev's research is in international and U.S. domestic law and regulating water resource management policy.  He is interested in the activity of the Department of State’s legal services.
