Consul General Luo Linquan Visited UC Davis and Delivered a Speech on the Belt and Road Initiative

"On April 2nd, 2018, Consul General Luo Linquan of China in San Francisco and his wife paid a visit to UC Davis and delivered a speech on the Belt and Road Initiative, a topic requested by the host.

During the visit, Consul General Luo had separate meetings with Chancellor Gary S. May and Vice Provost and Vice Chancellor Joanna Regulska, expressing gratitude to UC Davis for continued endeavor on expanding academic and research collaboration with China and for taking care of over 4,000 Chinese students and scholars on campus."
