Call for Proposals: Campus Global Theme
Call for Proposals: Campus Global Theme
The 2020-21 call for mini-grant proposals for the inaugural Campus Global Theme program is now open. UC Davis’ first Campus Global Theme: Food for Thought: Feeding Ourselves, Feeding the Planet, roots itself in the strengths of the institution to call for programs that can help our community reflect on the work of nourishing our world. As a comprehensive research university, we have much to teach and more to learn about feeding—feeding for healthy bodies, minds, souls—and beyond that, ecosystems and economies.
These mini-grants provide an excellent opportunity for faculty, staff and students across UC Davis to get involved in discussing and addressing an important global issue, while providing departments funding, logistical support, and visibility.
- Up to $1,000 per faculty/staff proposal and $250 per student proposal will be provided.
- Proposed activities should take place between January 2020 – June 2021.
- You are welcome to apply to have your program listed as an official event without applying for funding by completing the proposal and requesting $0 in funding.
Please submit your application by Friday, June 21, 2019
